Waxed Junkies must be notified of any damages within 48 hours of delivery. Ensure you keep all damaged goods and packaging. This will be required if a claim is to be processed with the carrier.
Waxed Junkies must be notified of any incorrect goods within 48 hours of delivery.
In order to ensure effective, accurate and quick delivery of all orers it is vital that the customer provides full, accurate information. This applies to both billing nd delivery addresses.
Waxed Junkies must be notified of any non delivery of items within 4 days of ordering.
Waxed Junkies will only accept the return of items which have been returned as sold, which means unopened and have the seals intact and packaging un damaged. Prior to returning any item please unsure you contact us and obtain a returns reference number. Refunds will be processed usually within 7 working days and made within 4 days of the return. Refunds will be processed provided the returned item meets the requirements outlined above. Returns must be made at your cost and risk. We suggest you use Royal Mail recorded delivery.
Website pricing errors.
There may be an occasion where website errors cause a product to be mis-priced , and/or discount struture to apply incorrect. Underthis circumstance, prior to dispatch confirmation, Waxed Junkies will advise via email that the order can not be completed. This in no way affects you statutory rights.
Products from time to time may be supplied in different style bottle/jars to those phographed. This is purely down to bottle/jar supplied from manufacturer of the bottles/jars.
Waxed Junkies do not give any form of credit
